Septic 2030 is general information about public law and public records. It is not legal, engineering, tax or financial advice, and it is not a government site. Laws, maps and grant programs change; we try to keep pages current and date every change in the changelog, but we cannot promise every page is up to date.

Results come from public map services and default figures we cite. They can be incomplete or wrong for a single property and are estimates, not determinations. Your county health department, utility and county grant office decide what applies to your property and what you are paid.

When you send a request, we pass it to one licensed septic professional who serves your area. That company is independent of us; any quote, contract and work is between you and them. We do not guarantee that a professional will be available, or any price, grant or outcome.

Do not misuse the forms, scrape the site in a way that harms it, or submit someone else's details without their permission.
